Event: Just enter your event name when adding the basket. This product works for any event or your money back. The route is always correct to the year, you can add your own route or we can can provide it.
Customization: Every order is made to order, allowing you to customize your display. You can choose frame colour, mount colour, map colour, and even add custom text to make it truly yours!
Order Proofs: By default we don’t send order proofs, your map will be the same as the event pictured. If you would like a proof please add a note to your order. Please be aware we will hold your order until you approve this, proofs are only available to customers placing orders.
Self-Fitting: Our products are designed for easy self-fitting for both photos and medals, just like hanging a picture frame. If you prefer, we also offer an optional photo print and fit service for added convenience. Medals are self-fit.
Order and Delivery: Once you place your order, it will be crafted just for you! Delivery in the UK typically takes between 2 to 14 days, depending on the service you choose at checkout. For international orders, you can visit our US site, where most deliveries take 10-14 days. You can opt to send direct to the recipient also.

A self-fit medal holder means there is no need to send us anything.
All our medal frames are machine cut and made from high-grade mat board to keep them beautifully radiant for years to come. All our artworks are printed on 250gsm photographic paper using high-quality inks to be fade resistant to keep your marathon finishers print beautifully radiant for years to come. As all frames are delivered by post we use plexiglass and not sheet glass for the safety of our customers when opening items. Optical grade plexiglass is optically clear, providing total luminous transmittance, and glass level haze factor. Looking at the frame you are not able to distinguish between our plexiglass and glass.
We allow customers to personalise the following.
- You can add up to 3 lines of text when adding to the cart. Most people opt for an event name, a finish time and or date or name. (show me how)
- You can choose a wooden frame colour. (see the options)
- You can choose the mat colour for your frame. (see the options)
- You can change the colour of the map. We offer recommended colours (see them) or you can opt for your own colour by providing a Pantone reference.

When we say we make this for “any” run we really do mean it. We have a very talented team of people and a back catalogue of thousands of event routes over many years. Once you provide the event we will source the route (if we don’t already have it) and produce the map for you. If we are unable to do so, you get 100% of your money back (don’t worry our current success rate stands at 99.9998%)

If it’s a solo run (one you have just made up) all we need is either a link to the run from Strava, MapMyRun or similar, a GPX or KML file and we can even make them from screenshots. Again if we are unable to do so, you get 100% of your money back (don’t worry our current success rate stands at 99.9998%)
Not much, all our frames are designed to be self fit so there is no need to send us anything. Just select your framing options and when adding to the cart you will choose your map colour and specify the text you want to appear and event name (if you haven’t added it to the text already). That’s it!
If it’s a solo run (one you did by yourself) you may have provide a link or GPX file. Just add this to the Any other information box or check the “I need to attach a file” box
Absolutely not, we have designed all our frames to be a simple self-fit. This means there we can get it to you quickly and there is no chance of your medal going AWOL.
